Phoqus agrees 2.5 mln stg loan with Oxford Finance

The oral drug delivery and development company said the funds will underpin its working capital as it continues the development of Chronocort, its modified release formulation of hydrocortisone, which is due to enter Phase II clinical trials for congenital adrenal hyperplasia and adrenal insufficiency shortly.

Phoqus said the new loan facility replaces a previous 1.5 mln stg loan agreement provided by certain shareholders.
